The Young Democrats of Mississippi (YDMS) is the official Mississippi affiliate of the Young Democrats of America, the nation’s largest youth-led partisan political organization.
As a volunteer-led organization, YDMS mobilizes young people ages 16–36 to engage in the electoral process, advocate for progressive values, strengthen the Democratic Party, and develop the next generation of leaders across Mississippi.
Our membership reflects the diversity, talent, and energy of young people from every corner of the state. Through YDMS, members have opportunities to:
